Catalytic oxidation of VOCs and CO

Product Type

Alumina manganese oxide atalyst is intended for emission treatment in wood and chemical industries. Catalyst АОК-75-41 ensures high activity in complete oxidation of carbon monoxide (CO) and volatile organic compounds (VOC) in the range 500 to 700°С. The catalyst is effectively applied at small-scale catalytic oxidizers (RCO) and regenerative thermal oxidizers (RTO).

Catalyst АОК-75-41 is available in spheres with diameter 2.5-3.5- and 3.0-5.0-mm. Catalyst analogues are available in cylinders and rings or honeycombs.

Application

Catalyst АОК-75-41 operates as a fixed bed in catalytic and thermocatalytic VOC oxidizers. Reactions of complete (deep) oxidation of volatile organic compounds, carbon monoxide, methane proceed with the release of heat and the formation of the following products:

CxHyOz + О2= CO2 + H2O

The variety of shapes of alumina manganese catalysts allows you to select the optimal catalyst loading in terms of removal efficiency and bed hydraulic resistance.
