Selective catalytic reduction of nitrogen oxides by ammonia (DeNOx)

Testing catalytic activity for selective catalytic reduction of nitrogen oxides with ammonia is carried out in a flow reactor under isothermal conditions at atmospheric pressure. The percentage of nitric oxide (II) conversion is taken as a measure of catalytic activity.

Testing of fixed-bed catalyst activity is performed for fraction from 1.0 to 3.0 mm. Catalyst performance is tested according to approved test methods.

The acquired data enable to determine the loading and optimal process conditions for catalyst commercial application.
