Employees of SKTB Katalizator Entered On Russian Mentors’ Board of Honour

In April 2021, SKTB Katalizator took part in Russian Mentors’ Board of Honour project arranged by non-profit partnership Central Institute of Labor (Yekaterinburg). Presently, the most experienced employees being an honour to their company who have been working dutifully and faithfully for the benefit of SKTB and sharing their valuable experience with their mentees for several dozens of years are hosted on an electronic Honour Board.

Galina Yastrebova, the Head of Patent and Licensing Department, has been working at the company almost since its foundation, since 1973; Yuri Vorobiev, the advisor of the Department for Support Development, since 1982, and Nailya Sakaeva, the Head of Desulparization Department, has over 30 years of experience in the field.

SKTB Katalizator employs professionals who are committed to their labor of love through their life, remaining loyal to the company for many years and daily pass on their knowledge and vast experience to their followers. All of them are definitely worthful to enter on the Board of Honour, and that would mean that fresh faces of SKTB Katalizator honoured mentors will be hosted on the board.

Russian Mentors’ Board of Honour project was launched in April of 2020 as a tool for non-material support of Russian employees amidst COVID-19 pandemic. In a short time, the Project has grown into an all-Russian campaign to identify and non-financialy recognize the best mentors of Russian enterprises.

The number of companies recommending their mentors to be hosted on the Russian Mentors’ Board of Honour is constantly growing. Today, there are already 194 photo portraits of mentors representing enterprises, organizations and institutions from 32 regions of Russia.
