The First Vice Chairman of the Government of the Novosibirsk region visited Katalizator JSC
On the 10th of July, 2020 the first vice Chairman of the Government of the Novosibirsk region Vladimir Znatkov and the acting Minister of the economic development of the Novosibirsk region Lev Reshetnikov visited Katalizator JSC.
The aim of visit was familiarization with plans for further development and investment projects of the company. During the meeting the progress of administrative and laboratory building reconstruction was shown by the company’s CEO Vitaliy Khan to the guests. The reconstruction is held in the framework of the project “Implementation of the CET Technology Initiative: Catalysts, Engineering & Technologies”. New equipped according to the world standards science and research laboratories for developers of the new products, laboratory facility for catalyst testing and equipment for the department of physical and physicochemical analysis were presented by the Science Director Sergey Lopatkin.
After the tour of new laboratories Vitaliy Khan told about the industrial and technological potential of SKTB Katalizator group of companies and the plans for development of 4 new projects in the framework of the project “Implementation of the CET Technology Initiative: Catalysts, Engineering & Technologies” for the nearest 7 years. The head of the company presented new investment project “National Center for Engineering and Catalyst Testing” (NCECT) and project “Construction of plant for producing salts of rare and rare-earth metals.
Vladimir Znatkov and Lev Reshetnikov stressed the importance of SKTB Katalizator and its investment projects for the development of the region. In the result of the meeting the parties decided to prepare combined offers for support of investment projects of SKTB Katalizator. Furthermore the Ministry of economic development of the Novosibirsk region was asked to prepare offers for regional list of high-tech companies and project of state support measures for high-tech companies according to the recommendations for state support measures included into the special report “About the problems of control and law enforcement practice restricting the development of high-tech companies in the Russian Federation” sent to the President of the Russian Federation on the 28.05.2020 in the framework of the annual report of Commissioner for the President for protecting of businessmen rights.
