Description and Features
Catalytic units allow measuring conversion and selectivity of isomerization catalysts in fixed-bed reactors. Catalyst performance is tested in flow reactors under isothermal conditions at a pressure of up to 3.5 MPa. Temperature control ranges from 100 to 550оС.
Option of testing over feedstock from commercial units. Such test conditions provide information about the catalyst operation under conditions as close as possible commercial ones.
Advantages
Applying state-of-the-art gas chromatographic instrumentation allows for quantitative analysis of concentrations of substances in gas streams with an accuracy of 5%.
Option of testing at low molar ratio H:feedstock from 0.15/1.
Option of providing moisture content of feedstock and gases less than 1 ppm.
Testing time up to 1 000 hours.
Option of customized testing according to unstandardized test procedure agreed with the customer.
